Der Abt verlangt eine Obligation (wegen der Schuld v. 28'000 fl.). Er vernahm, dass die Schuld erst in 1 Jahr zurückbezahlt werden soll obwohl die Kündigungsfrist ½ Jahre beträgt. Er hofft, dass die Sache mit dem Jud Auerbach bald erledigt werde.
Dem Juden Baruch Caim wurde Schutz zugestanden, wenn die Mutter bei ihrem ledigen Sohn bleibe.
Ein ehemaliger Oberamtmann sei ihm (dem Abt) von Zeit zu Zeit recht lästig. Er berichtet, was er klagend vorgebracht hat (bezieht sich auf P. Augustin Sydler [http://www.muri-gries.ch/mediawiki/index.php/Augustin_Sydler]).
