1650: Auflassung des Weinbergs in Mürlon
1659: Erbauung des Gästehauses (Leuen). Michael Wickart soll einen Plan (evtl. ein Modell) machen und dem Kapitel vorlegen. Der Standort ist umstritten; die einen wünschen das Gästehaus oberhalb der Ziegelhütte, die anderen im Wey. Die Entscheidung wird dem Abt überlassen.
1660: Beginn des Baus. Bis zum Jahresende soll es bis zum Dach fertiggestellt werden (ohne Innenausbau).
