P. Bonifaz Ganginer berichtet, dass Herr Hofkaplan Werner von Konstanz ihm ein Schreiben des Weihbischofs Grafen von Bissigen zugestellt habe. In diesem Schreiben ersuche derselbe um ein Anleihen von 5000 fl. für seinen Bruder den neuerstellten Landvogt zu Rottenburg Grafen von Bissingen zu Schramberg, der in Wien das Eisenwerk zu Schramberg gekauft habe.
